Desert Blooms

So I've never been a big fan of the desert. I like trees with lots of green leaves. . .and grass (not the Texas kind). I first began to appreciate the desert when my first year of teaching 4th grade. I taught all about the desert. I learned some amazing facts. Of course I can't remember most of what I taught but I do remember thinking "Wow, the desert is an amazing place." Well, then I moved to St. George. I think Southern Utah is a good introduction to someone who doesn't have a great appreciation of the desert. Here are a few pictures that make the desert beautiful!
